Who are you? |
I've been teaching computer science at Hamilton since 1985. My
undergraduate degree is from Dartmouth (1967) and since then I've
picked up degrees from Penn State ('69), Ohio State ('78), and
Stanford ('85). For those interested in trivia, you can check
out a more detailed vita, if you want. |
Where's your office? | I've moved again, making this my sixth office in seventeen years. You can now find me in the Ferry building (the former Personnel office), room 01.001. |
When are you in? | You can count on finding me in my office every day from 10:00 to 1:00. I'm often there other times, too. Give me a call if you need to see me any other time. For further information, take a look at my schedule.

What do you do? |
You mean professionally or personally? Professionally, I've
devoted most of my time recently to curricular issues in computer science.
Early on, I helped get Hamilton's CS concentration up and running.
Since
then, Stuart Hirshfield and I have
written a bunch
of books for our courses, along with modifying
the
CS curriculum
completely beyond recognition from its original form. I'm also the
department chair, so if you need a signature, come to me. |
